Check-ins with you and your hire in weeks one and two, then every four weeks for as long as they are with you. We call it hypercare. The first month is when a placement quietly fails, and a check-in is cheaper than a replacement for both of us.
Sometimes a placement is wrong. Inside 90 days, it ends immediately with no notice fee, and the free replacement search starts the same day. After 90 days, 30 days notice. Documented misconduct waives it. We will not make you argue for that.
